This social awareness poster alludes to the conflicting notion of what America seems to be and what it actually is. This poster has several interpretations; one of which speaks to the idea that in America, if one works hard, one can be successful. But in reality, people get judged according to their skin tone, nationality, or beliefs making it difficult to succeed in a society filled with prejudice. People have a preconceived notion of who you are as a person based on physical characteristics, and you find yourself being forced into a mold of how you are expected to behave due to your origins.
