Loyal Pawtraits was born during the first couple of months of COVID. Atlanta was in lockdown and I had received the news from my full-time employment that they were transitioning me to a part-time position with a cap on how many hours I could work. During this process, I had a lot of downtime that was mainly devoted to side art projects which inspired me to fund my own pet portrait business.

I already had some experience creating pet portraits for family and friends but now I needed to think about branding, marketing, and an online presence. This was the perfect project to work on and be productive during this lock-down period.

Eventually, I teamed up with The Paw Stand (a local Pet Supply store in Atlanta) and LifeLine to create pet portraits.

These pet portraits are done digitally and then giclée printed. Loyal Pawtraits keeps on growing, probably at a slower rate since the situation has changed significantly since its conception but it is still something I like to work on as a hobby.
